hello friends make a box according to the dimension you needed then convert it into editable poly select edge and give connection number of edges you need enter then chamfer these edges give a connect on centre select middle vertex
and chamfer them select all polygons of this design and use inset and then bevel them by selecting these edges press ctrl+r for ring then give edges these edges for controlling the turbosmooth make this polygon also
by mistake left again these edges for controlling turbosmooth give turbosmooth for check it now off it select these edges and press alt+l for loop then chamfer and make them inside littlebit
now again make a box convert it into editalepoly and gives edges extrude them now give edges for controlling turbosmooth properly adjust it make a box again and convert it into editable poly and extrude its polygon
