rear differential specialized machinesare used to create the correct driving goals and balance the new driveshaftbefore being installed on the unit steel cross members make up the largestsection of the structure spanning horizontally from side to side over themain frame rails these cross members support the floor of the coach whileevenly spreading the weight of the coach for better stability while driving withthe newly formed structure in place the chassis is brought in for painting toprotect the raw steel from the elements this special paint is formulated to helpinhibit rust and corrosion special attention to spend to ensure only thesteel structure is painted leaving all

your left blinker on the whole websiteyour motorhome is gonna show up and inside the backup camera when you turnthe right blinker on the whole right side of the motor home is gonna show upin the backup monitor as well what that means to you more than anything it takesaway any blind spots you know just because you pick something up in thefish eye on either side driver passenger if there's a car right next to you or ifyou're here's the really cool feature is your tray is your changing lanes downthe year state and you're just not sure ifthat guy is far enough back there in the monitor exactly you can turn thatblinker on and make sure that there is
no problems ok but what we've done in in in itsreally really cool is we've added a feature to this to this we have an hdmioutlet here where i can plug the hdmi cable in whatever whatever inlet fitsinto my phone in my maps which are standard on any cell phone and bluetoothtransfers right into the camera system right ok toolmaker yes so not only doyou have turn signal cameras you have now gps virtually gps and always updated mapsystem and you have bluetooth that's great you know a couple of otherconveniences i noticed up here we have a
place of work station yeah it's actuallyreally cool so you can you can actually operate a laptop you know you can writeout the postcards is your wife going down the highway she could write outpostcards are chances are she's gonna be driving when she sees how easy thiscoach drives he also have a 110 outlet over here as well we removed all carpetup here you notice we change the floor in the coach but we've also remove thecarpet in the cockpit and it's just really a clean look and it's reallyreally nice and you can sleep easy to have absolutely no one thing i noticedup here kevin is that you know like almost class a
products being your living absolutelybut what we've done is we've got a table here till a little bit more about howyou use your customers your your dealers are talking about the table of thefrontier well i think it's special because i haven't seen any ofmanufacturers besides us do this we actually put a male here in the floorand we we provide our customers with the table okay and then you can swivel chairsaround and just kind of sit here and use us as part of the living areas you'reentertaining or so for all rights reserved seating here see here you knowlook at the size i want you to sit in
this booth right here for now i'm 62 and scoot over i'm 62 in twohundred and sixty pounds and let me tell you something two grown men two grownadults can sit side by side we can play cards we can entertain your friends letme know exactly notice you're not going to be bumpin dinner plates you know you've got plenty of room toserve you breakfast lunch dinner whatever so makes into a bad mix into abit now and we did something different in the in the dinette area that we'venot done in the 16 wins board has it number one we've done is we've addedwe've added a really nice pullout see
the cavernous space here yet store a lotof stuff ladies love that you know for storage and so forth we've also added a 110 plug down hereyou know which is really really nice but you'd be surprised how big this convertsinto a bit and speaking of beds yes ok i want to point something else reallyreally nice what we've done is we've gotten rid of air mattresses this year ok people were complaining aboutdeflating issues and so forth and it is it is so what we've done is we'veincreased for 2016 the depth of our overhead bed now would you believe if itold you realize that's right because of
how we've designed the styling but youknow what chris i'm telling you right now there's a 500 pound weight limit okand why we do that as we go through the expense of running the schwinn techdesign up here as well we'll talk about twin tec on the outside is is ok as wellbut in here is a nice memory foam mattress it's very comfortable i'vetested it myself and i promise you it's very very comfortable place for an appleor or stores extra source while we're up here i want to point outsome really neat features that we have this is our this is our control for bedok to bring it up and down but over here is just noticed how we keep everythingall in one location so you're not point
over here to check your tank levelsyou're not putting over here to to fire up this and you're not pointing up overhere to turn your water heater on everything centrally located in a whilei'm up here i want to point out a feature that standard on home wins workok you're right here is our rapid camp you can put a four digit or five digitpin and with this remote and i mean this makes it so it's it's makes campingalmost effortless what we do is we can put the slides out with this ok you canturn the lights on and off with this you can turn your generator off and on withthis ok you can put your money in and out with this and one more cool featureis you can level your motorhome all at
the push of a button so i don't have tobe sitting in here to love all outside making sure everything is operated andsmoke we've changed our flooring this year notice the the lighter brighterlinoleum all all throughout the coach yes not to the bedroom like ourcompetition does it all the way through the whole coach secondly even last yearwe had led lighting however we've changed our led lighting and no one elseoffers led lighting in this price quoted coach jim this is called puck lightingit resembles about the size of a hockey puck but what we've done is run it downboth sides of the coach notice how nice and bright the coaches this year and allled all led ball and that means that
means less heat less and lesselectricity of course burns a lot less electricity but the cool feature thatwe've offered under 32 foot or two thirty four-foot and are 35 c which iswhat we're in this year is the new residential refrigerator with that beingsaid notice see the depth of this refrigerator you can actually put acasserole dish a real gallon of milk in here it's just really really convenientand also with an ice maker that's just a real nice feature what's nice about this is that yourtravel walk and what's it really awesome about this is it comes standard with an1800 watt inverter now that inverter has
two features yes additional other thanbeing just the inverter it has two additional features as well number one at a remote jump-start systemok ok well if your batteries get low it'll automatically fire up yourgenerator and bring everything up to a full charge yes and secondly we've always in the irbbusiness nickname this a puppy saver ok it's it's also wired throughout thethermostat of the a/c system if your coaches a five-degree interval if yourcoaches said it's 75 degrees and the thermostat picks up eighty it'llautomatically fire your generator down
in coolidge 25 degrees below the settingas well so that in case you you know you're dry camping and you have puppiesin the coach or anything like that you can rest assured that your yourgenerators get a fire up and keep the coach cool down go away for a hike hecomes back to ya and that's in a dry camping situation right are you enjoyingthat theater shooting chris i love it will also perfect location yes also in aperfect location but let's just say you had guests in this particular chiswellthe tv does swivel i'll back you be even better he know i know and down herewe've already pre wired it for everything and he wanted to add to thedvd players well notice we have the
pullout pantry here well it also additional stories we'veadded here well we have even more pantry there no no we forgot to mention thisdidn't we next to your refrigerator you have a pantry with the pullout shelvinguk which really makes that nice anyway i'd like to bring you this way and showyou some really nice features about our 2016 35 â°c ok ok what we've done iswe've changed some things around we've enlarge the shower ok and moved into thehallway ok and we've added the bath it's called a bath and a half but we'reactually happened about you know because what we've done is we've moved
the full bath here to enlarge thebathroom area ok instill offered people who would liketheir own private bathroom in the back the same conveniences as well becausewe've added the pocket door here ok that closes off the bedroom ok so if you werejust give you an example if your wife wanted to retire to the back and yourstand-up watching a ballgame your you still have a bathroom here she has abathroom in the rear as well excellent ok notice to the real bigstorage area here as far as wardrobe in the large drawers that we've addedunderneath where the tv here is ok we have a charging station here for youriphone your computer
any usb port at all plenty of plugslabeled as being in everybody has an iphone and ipad 2 need to charge overnight every night i've noticed tv hear their story behind this isn't that neathow we do that we've added storage behind the television and of coursewe've added storage here as well ok and this is all news for 2016 notwant for extra stores yet though you're not okay tell us a little bit about themattress and no we r mattress yes we do and what the mattress is is a high-grademattress a lot of are the manufacturers use a low-grade mattress and and and ichallenge you at any given time please lay down that's the way you test amattress let's talk about this denver

secondly i want to point out somethingthat we we do differently than any other manufacturer its due to like wediscussed earlier with are more ride with the amount of steel in structurethat we had to a baseline of the chassis it allows us to do what what is it hitsa down here chris rebounds and eight thousand and pound towing capacity and ourcoaches ok and with that that we do is we run a seven-way plug back here standard-bearer factory for ourcustomers ok that just makes it more convenient for them to get on the roadquicker when absolutely nobody's gotta

plans coming over here again we havegreat storage another what like we talked about road ok yes sir ok again here's our front dump stationblack and gray and also we have seen me flush it we've added to this as well youknow i just noticed we talk about this on the other side of the coach blitzeri'm seeing a valve extender yeah we do that standard i apologize i forgot to to mention it in another thing to noticehow we run the exhaust for the generator out towards the rear the coach in a wayfrom yawning sign on all of our floor plans we do that ok and what the flushmount windows notice the nice sleek look
