obviously there are so many people out there that need that, especially during the middle of the summer. but now for instance if somebody calls you up is it something you say you do replace.
so you guys can really deteremine whether it needs to be fixed or their really at that point yes it needs to be replaced. >> yes if they call us up especially if they call us up for a tune up,
we go out and we do a 39 point inspection. at that point we can determine the condition of the equipment. >> okay. >> we can evaluate it and decide, whether it's due to age,
or whether it's due to efficiency. whether they need to replace or repair. >> okay which is perfect. >> yes. >> and how often, so many people don't maintain their systems
which they really need to. we know that they need to. how often would you recommend that they do? >> we recommend a minimum of once a year. >> mostly twice a year if they can, because of our two seasons.

are going to have with this. so basically i know there's some qualifications like they need to be an aps customer. >> aps customer, homeowner, and we do ask for a 650 credit score or higher. that's it.
